- Launch availability
- Launch pricing applies to the first three signed clients, subject to availability. In exchange, the client agrees that Mayantha may request an honest testimonial and a portfolio case study after delivery.
- Deposit and payments
- Fixed projects are 50% to start and 50% before launch/delivery. Monthly services are paid in advance.
- Revisions
- A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback. Work outside the stated rounds or scope is quoted and approved first.
- Change control
- Any page, integration, workflow, edit, shoot, asset count or support request beyond the package cap is a change request and will be priced before work begins.
- Retainer terms
- Automation Run, Marketing Managed, Marketing Full Stack and Whole Department start with a three-month minimum term. Photo and video retainers are monthly with 30 days' notice.
- Fees outside the price
- Media spend, hosting/provider fees beyond the stated plan, software/API fees, travel outside Dubai city limits, talent, location, permits, specialist equipment and authority charges are client-paid unless stated otherwise.
