Who this is for
Car dealerships and showrooms that need films and photos of the cars on the floor on a steady basis, and a website that keeps up with the inventory. It fits best where a car is expensive and specific enough that a buyer wants to see it before visiting.
What does dealership content cost in Dubai?
- Single Hero Reel, AED 1,500: one shot reel for a launch or a listing.
- Content Starter, AED 2,950: 3 reels plus 15 edited photos from 4 hours on site, delivered in 7 business days.
- Production Day, AED 6,500: 8 reels from 8 hours on site, delivered in 10 business days.
- Showroom Content Retainer, AED 10,000/mo: 6 reels a month across scheduled visits, with a monthly content plan, three-month minimum.
- Stills on their own: a half day of car photography is AED 2,250 and covers up to 4.
Websites, ads and automation are priced on their own pages. The full list is on the pricing page linked below.
A dealership needs one system, not four suppliers
The usual arrangement is a photographer, a video guy, a web agency and somebody running the ads, none of whom speak to each other. So the photos arrive at a size the site can't serve, the film gets embedded in a way that costs you the page load, and the inventory on the website is three cars behind the floor.
Every seam between those people is a place the work quietly gets worse, and nobody owns the result.
Proof: what it has looked like at one showroom
Project One Motors sells cars that cost more than most apartments in Dubai. I've shot all 491 of its cars there since 2023 and built the site they live on, and the pieces are connected on purpose:
- The films - shot on the showroom floor under light I can control, cut vertical so a sales team can post them the same day.
- The stills - shot the same way every time, graded to hold the black, delivered at the size the listing page needs and not one size bigger.
- The website - rebuilt from WordPress into a custom Next.js platform on Cloudflare's edge. It loads in 0.4 seconds, and adding a car is one workflow instead of three.
- The automation - a WhatsApp bot that finds a salesman the right car's photos, a second one that answers customers from live stock and knows when to hand over, and a check-in kiosk by the door that turns a walk-in into a logged lead.
The seams are the expensive part
A dealership's organic search traffic is its foot traffic. The real cost of the old build wasn't the four-second load, it was that updating it hurt enough that the team avoided doing it - so the site was quietly lying to buyers about what was in the showroom.
When the same person shoots the cars and runs the platform, a car arriving is one job: photographed, filmed, published, indexed. Nobody has to chase anybody for a file.
Does the content actually sell cars?
Sometimes, and sometimes it's money set on fire. Video earns its keep when a car is expensive, specific, and being considered by somebody who can't come in today. It earns much less on a generic listing that a good photograph and a clear price would have handled. That's the dealer's version of the maths rather than the agency's, and I've written it out in full.
