Small print

  • Content creation (photography, video, design) is NOT included in any tier. Production is priced under Video and Photography, and the two can run alongside each other.
  • Every engagement names someone on your side who owns the assets, and a monthly deadline for supplying them. Without both, the calendar cannot be met and neither of us enjoys the month.
  • Paid promotion, boosted posts and ad spend sit under Paid Acquisition and are paid by you, directly to the platform.

Questions

What people ask before they book this.

Scheduling, captions and community management for content you supply.

Is content creation included?

No. Content creation - photography, video and design - is NOT included in any tier, and that's the single most important line on the card. These packages manage and publish content you supply. Production is priced separately under video and photography, and plenty of clients buy both, but they're two services with two prices. A management fee that quietly absorbed a shoot day would be a fee that stops covering either job properly.

So what am I actually paying for?

Scheduling a stated number of your assets, writing or polishing the captions, and a stated number of minutes a week on comments and DMs - plus a content calendar and a monthly report on the higher tiers. Every one of those is a number on the table rather than a vibe, which is what lets you tell in month three whether you're getting what you bought.

What happens if we don't send you the photos?

The posts don't go out, which is why every engagement names someone on your side who owns the assets and a monthly deadline for getting them to me. It sounds bureaucratic until the first month it doesn't happen. I'd rather agree that on day one than spend month two chasing a WhatsApp group.

How many channels and how many posts?

Both are capped per tier and both are printed on the pricing page - channels covered, assets scheduled per month, and minutes a week of community management. Nothing here is sold as covering every platform, because the honest version of that promise is a number.

Do you run the ads too?

That's paid acquisition, and it's a separate card with its own prices. Boosted posts and ad spend sit there rather than here, and the media is always paid by you straight to the platform. The two work well together - organic gives the ads something to point at - but they're never bundled into one fee.

Every number above is what you would actually pay. Here is what it bought the people who paid it.
