Who this is for
Small businesses in Dubai that know they should be posting and aren't doing it consistently: showrooms, salons, spas, clinics and shops. If you've been meaning to run your Instagram properly for months and the content calendar keeps slipping, this is the job.
It's less suited to a business that wants a full agency team, daily community management, or paid advertising in the same fee. Paid promotion is a separate service, and community work in these packages is capped, as the list below shows.
Do I need a social media manager in Dubai, or an agency?
For a small business, one person is often the better fit, and I'm one person. You deal with the person who plans the calendar, writes the captions, publishes and reports, with no account manager relaying your messages. The trade-off is scale: I can't run ten channels or reply to comments all day, so each package states plainly what is and isn't covered.
What does Instagram management for a small business in Dubai include?
It depends on the package, which is why the prices are published. The channels are agreed at the start: Publishing Support covers 1-2 of them and the other two cover 2. This is what each one buys, straight from the pricing table.
- Publishing Support, AED 1,100/mo: for a business that has the content and needs it posted consistently. Channels covered: 1-2. Your own assets scheduled: up to 12 a month. It also has caption formatting and light polishing, a monthly calendar, a basic monthly report and one consolidated revision round a month. Minimum term: month-to-month, paid in advance. It does not include content creation, post design, reels editing, community management, DMs or paid ads.
- Social Management, AED 2,200/mo: for a business that wants its channels actively run, not just scheduled. Channels covered: 2. It includes caption writing, a monthly content plan, publishing and a monthly report. Community triage: three times per week. Monthly planning call: one, included. You supply the finished media. Minimum term: 3 months (initial).
- Content + Social, from AED 4,900/mo: for a business that wants the content shot and the channels run as one job. It includes a monthly on-site content session, 4 edited short-form videos a month, supporting stills from the same session, a monthly content plan, caption work, publishing, basic community triage and a monthly performance report. Channels covered: 2. Minimum term: 3 months (initial).
Photography, video and design beyond the monthly session are priced separately under Video and Photography, and can run alongside any tier. Every engagement names someone on your side who owns the assets, with a monthly deadline for supplying them where the tier does not include production.
Do you make the content, or only post it?
Both, depending on the tier. Publishing Support and Social Management post content you supply, and neither includes content creation. Content + Social is the one where I shoot it: a monthly on-site session, 4 edited short-form videos a month, and supporting stills. Being the person who plans the calendar and holds the camera means the plan is built around what can actually be filmed.
What I can show, and what I can't
I don't have a published social media case study with follower or reach figures on it, so I won't quote any. Follower counts are also a weak measure of whether a business gets enquiries, and I'd rather report what leads to one.
What I can show is the content side. Project One Motors is a real client, a Dubai supercar showroom, and I've shot all 491 of its cars since 2023, made its films and stills, and rebuilt its website. I've written up why one person handling the photos, the video and the site tends to work better than three vendors who never speak to each other.
What is not included
Paid promotion, boosted posts and ad spend sit under Paid Acquisition and are paid by you, directly to the platform. No package promises unrestricted daily community management: it's capped at community triage three times a week on Social Management, and basic triage on Content + Social.
