Who this is for
Small businesses in Dubai that get customers from Google and want that to grow: showrooms, garages, salons, clinics and service companies. If people already look you up before they call, SEO decides whether they find you or a competitor.
It's a poor fit if you need a result by a date. Search takes time and nobody controls it, so I sell the work and the reporting, not a position.
What SEO costs in Dubai with me
The prices are published. There are three ways in, and a Technical Sprint is the cheapest way to find out what is actually wrong before you commit to anything recurring.
- Technical Sprint, AED 3,500 one-off one-off: deep audit, with a prioritised fix list, Search Console and GA4 setup, or an audit of what exists, and up to 15 priority-page recommendations. Reporting is one 90-minute findings call, plus the written list.
- Foundation, AED 2,500/mo a month: one scheduled improvement cycle each month, up to 4 page-level optimisations/mo, 1 Standard article/mo and a monthly report. Minimum term 3 months.
- Growth, AED 4,500/mo a month: everything in Foundation plus either 2 Premium or 4 Standard articles/mo - named in the scope, schema markup on up to 5 pages/mo, internal-link work and competitor tracking. Minimum term 3 months.
Articles can also be bought on their own with no retainer: a Standard Article is AED 399 (800-1,000 words, one target keyword, one licensed stock image, 1 revision round.), a Premium Article AED 899 and an Authority Article AED 1,499. Implementation beyond the caps in a plan is quoted before it starts.
How it works
- I audit the site first: what Google can crawl, what it can index, what is slow, and which pages exist for the searches you care about.
- You get a prioritised list, so the fix order is clear and you can see what each item is for.
- On a monthly plan I work through that list in a scheduled cycle, write or optimise pages, and report each month against the pages and queries that matter.
- If a Sprint leads to a retainer, part of the Sprint fee is credited. The pricing card has the exact terms.
What I can honestly point to
This site's own search visibility is small. I won't dress that up, and I'd rather you hear it from me than find it. What I can show is SEO work built into real projects.
On the Project One Motors migration, a dealership's search traffic was the thing most at risk, so the redirects were mapped, URLs were kept where they had earned their place, and structured data was rebuilt. Weeks after launch Search Console was still reporting old listing URLs returning 404, so those got redirects too. The site went from four seconds to 0.4.
I also developed the platform for Carzle, a dealer-only car marketplace for the UAE, including the search and SEO system underneath it: schema on listings, comparison and collection pages, real sitemaps and bilingual canonicals. It's a build I worked on, not a ranking result I'm claiming.
What SEO can and can't do
SEO fixes what stops a good page being found and creates pages for searches you were missing. It can't force a position, and Google's and AI search's processes change, so treat anything on this page about how they work as accurate as of September 2026.
