Meta ads and Google Ads management in Dubai, from one person and not an agency.

I'm one person, not an agency, and I run Google Ads and Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) for Dubai businesses. Setup is AED 2,500 one-off, monthly management is AED 3,500/mo and the full stack is AED 7,500/mo, with your ad spend paid straight to Google or Meta and never inside my fee. Managed and Full Stack start with a three-month initial term, because the first month measures setup noise rather than performance.

Who this is for

Dubai businesses that need enquiries from people searching or scrolling in the city: car showrooms and dealerships, garages, salons, clinics and other service businesses. If a customer's first move is a Google search or a WhatsApp message, ads can put you in front of them, and it only pays if the page they land on and the follow-up behind it are sound.

It's a poor fit if you want a guaranteed number of leads or a promised return. I don't give one, and the reasons are below.

Is this a Meta ads agency in Dubai?

No. I'm one person. If you search for a Meta ads agency in Dubai you'll find teams with account managers and a junior who touches your campaign. With me, the person you speak to is the person who builds the tracking, writes the campaigns and reads the report. That means no hand-offs and no agency overhead in the fee.

How much do ads cost in Dubai?

There are two separate costs, and mixing them up is the most common mistake. Your ad spend is what Google or Meta charges for showing the ads. My fee is what I charge for building and running them. My fee starts at AED 2,500 one-off for setup and AED 3,500/mo for ongoing management. Your ad spend is your decision, it goes directly to the platform, and it is never inside my fee.

I won't quote you an average cost per click for Dubai, because it swings by industry, keyword, season and how many competitors are bidding on the same term that week. What I'll do is set a budget you're comfortable with, track what it produces, and tell you plainly in the monthly report whether it's earning its place.

What you get at each price

The prices are published rather than quoted. This is what each tier covers, straight from the pricing table.

  • Paid Acquisition Setup, AED 2,500 one-off: for a business that wants the tracking right before it spends on ads. GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking are set up and audited. It does not include the campaign build, ad spend management or a monthly report.
  • Paid Acquisition Managed, AED 3,500/mo: for a business already spending on Meta or Google that wants it run properly. Meta and Google campaign build and management, up to AED 15,000/mo in ad spend, tracking, and a plain-English monthly report. Creative is AED 1,500 per agreed editing/static-asset batch.
  • Performance Full Stack, AED 7,500/mo: for a business that wants the ads, the search side and the creative run to one plan. Everything in Managed, up to AED 35,000/mo in ad spend, plus technical SEO, a content plan and creative direction with one monthly edit batch. New shoot days are separate.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. Ad spend is always yours and always paid directly to Google or Meta, so you can see every dirham leave your account and I never hold your money. The tiers only set how much spend I'll manage under each fee: up to AED 15,000/mo on Managed and up to AED 35,000/mo on Performance Full Stack.

Tracking comes first, and that's why Setup exists

Most Dubai businesses have GA4 installed and still can't say which ad produced an enquiry, because the number that matters here is a WhatsApp tap or a phone call, not a page view. Every tier starts with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking wired up and tested. Without that, every argument about whether the ads work is two people guessing.

What I can show, and what I can't

I don't have a published ads case study with a return figure on it, so I won't quote one. Anyone who hands you a ROAS number without showing you the account is selling you the number, not the work.

What I can show is the ground the ads stand on. Project One Motors is a real client, a Dubai supercar dealership, and I rebuilt its website so a page loads in 0.4 seconds instead of four. I also built a showroom kiosk there that asks a walk-in how they found the showroom, with Dubizzle, Instagram, Google Maps and Other as the options, so attribution doesn't stop at the click. And I built a WhatsApp assistant on the showroom's number that handled 55 conversations and 534 messages in its first four weeks, so an enquiry gets answered at any hour. That's the part of paid ads that decides whether the spend pays back.

No result is promised, and here is why

No conversion, revenue or ROAS is promised. The auction, your landing page, your sales follow-up and seasonality are outside my control. What I control is the tracking, the structure, the creative direction and how honestly the numbers are reported.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

How much does Google Ads management cost in Dubai?

My fee starts at AED 2,500 one-off for setup, then AED 3,500/mo for ongoing Google and Meta management, or AED 7,500/mo for the full stack. That is my fee only. Your ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google. The Managed tier covers up to AED 15,000/mo in ad spend and Performance Full Stack covers up to AED 35,000/mo.

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

No, ad spend is never included. It is paid by you directly to Google or Meta and sits outside my fee, so every dirham of media spend is visible in your own ad account. The tiers only cap how much spend I'll manage: up to AED 15,000/mo on Managed and up to AED 35,000/mo on Performance Full Stack.

Are you a Meta ads agency in Dubai?

No, I'm one person. I build the tracking, write and run the Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns, and send the monthly report myself, with no account manager in between. If you want a team with several specialists on your account, an agency is the better fit, and I'd rather tell you that than take the job.

Which platforms do you run ads on?

Google Ads and Meta, which covers Facebook and Instagram. Those are the two platforms the Managed and Full Stack tiers cover, and the ones the pricing table is written for.

How soon will I see results from ads?

Managed and Full Stack start with a three-month initial term, because one month measures setup noise rather than performance. Whether ads produce enquiries at a cost that makes sense only shows once the tracking has run cleanly for a while. I don't promise a result or a return on ad spend.

Is there a contract?

Managed and Full Stack both start with a three-month initial term. Paid Acquisition Setup is a one-off project at AED 2,500.

Do you make the ad creative?

Partly. Creative production is AED 1,500 per agreed editing/static-asset batch on Managed. On Performance Full Stack, creative direction and one monthly edit batch are included, and new shoot days are separate. I also shoot video and photography myself, so a shoot can feed the ads.

Two ways in: read how I build the tracking and the page, or see what each tier costs.
