Small print

  • Rankings, review removal, review volume, verification and reinstatement of a suspended listing are never promised. Verification and reinstatement are Google's decisions, and a documented April 2026 suspension wave hit fully compliant listings.
  • Access is by written owner-manager authorisation through Google's own transfer system. I never ask for, and never hold, a password to your account.
  • Review gating is banned under Google's April 2026 policy: happy customers cannot be routed to the public review and unhappy ones to a private form. Invitations go to your eligible customers neutrally, or they do not go at all.
  • Extra locations, and platforms beyond Google, are priced separately rather than absorbed.

Questions

What people ask before they book this.

Google Business Profile upkeep and review replies, kept current every month.

Can you guarantee my profile gets verified, or my reviews get taken down?

No, and neither is on offer. Verification, reinstatement and review removal are Google's decisions, not mine - I'll do the submission properly and draft a fast, calm reply, but the outcome sits with the platform. A documented April 2026 suspension wave hit listings that were doing everything right, so anyone promising you an outcome here is promising something they don't own.

Do you need my Google password?

Never, and if anyone asks for it you should stop talking to them. Access goes through Google's own transfer system: you give me owner-manager access in writing, and you can revoke it in about thirty seconds. If we stop working together you keep the profile and the review history and nothing has to be rebuilt.

Can you filter out the unhappy customers before they leave a review?

No - that's review gating, and Google's April 2026 policy bans it outright, with Trustpilot enforcing the same rule. Invitations go to every eligible customer, neutrally, or they don't go. Positive reviews are never incentivised either.

Will this get me into the map pack?

It's what the work is aimed at, and it's not something I'll promise. What the retainer commits to is stated as numbers - posts a month, reviews monitored daily, a monthly report - so you can tell the work happened even in a month the ranking didn't move.

What if I have more than one location?

The published tier covers one location. A second one is genuinely a second lot of posts, monitoring and replies, so it's priced separately rather than absorbed into the same fee.

These are real starting prices. Final scope, exclusions and timing are agreed before work begins. Here is what it bought the people who paid it.
