Terms and scope.
Every published price is only safe with these attached. The essential points - VAT, payment schedule, revisions, minimum terms and major exclusions - are on every pricing page too; this is the rest of it, in one place.
Currency: AED, and AED is the billed currency. All prices exclude 5% VAT where applicable. Third-party costs - media spend, platform, API and provider fees, permits, talent and location charges - are excluded unless the package explicitly says otherwise.
- Scope and approval
- Every fixed project includes the revision allowance shown in its scope. Deliverables, references and approval stages are agreed before work begins.
- Payment schedule
- Payment scales with project size. Under AED 1,500: paid in full upfront. AED 1,500 to AED 10,000: 50% to start, 50% before delivery or launch. Larger projects: milestones, agreed before work begins. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.
- Quote validity
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.
- Revisions
- A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback. Work outside the stated rounds or scope is quoted and approved first.
- Change control
- Any page, integration, workflow, edit, shoot, asset count or support request beyond the package cap is a change request and will be priced before work begins.
- Minimum terms
- Publishing Support runs month-to-month, paid in advance. Social Management and Content + Social start with an initial three-month term, as do Local Visibility, SEO and Production Partnership retainers. Paid Acquisition Managed and Performance Full Stack start their three-month term after setup. Automation support (Run) is month-to-month after the build, with tuning included for the first 30 days. Photo and video retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice once any stated minimum has passed.
- Cancellation and rescheduling
- A booked production or photography session can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 72 hours' notice. Inside that window, or for a no-show, 50% of the booking is charged. Weather or access problems outside your control are rescheduled at no charge. Unused booked time is not carried over or refunded. If the vehicle, product or talent is not ready at the agreed time, the session proceeds with whatever is available or is treated as a late reschedule.
- Timelines and client delay
- Every stated timeline starts when the access, copy, assets and approvals it depends on have arrived, and pauses while any of them is outstanding. A delay on your side moves the delivery date rather than compressing the work.
- Material you supply
- You warrant that any copy, image, video, logo, font, music, product information or customer list you supply is yours to use, and that using it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Email lists must be permission-based and collected by you.
- What is never promised
- I do not guarantee rankings, review removal, review volume, profile verification, reinstatement of a suspended listing, ad approval, platform delivery, leads, sales, revenue or ROAS. Every one of those is decided by a platform, an auction or a customer. What I commit to is the work, the caps and the reporting, all of which are written down and all of which you can check.
- Account access
- Everything is built inside your own accounts, under written authorisation and owner-manager access through each platform's own transfer system. I never ask for, and never hold, a password. If we stop working together you keep the profiles, campaigns, history and data.
- Media spend
- Media spend is always client-paid, always separate, and never inside a management fee. It is paid by you directly to the platform, so my fee does not rise the month you decide to spend more.
- Fees outside the price
- Media spend, hosting/provider fees beyond the stated plan, software/API fees, travel outside Dubai city limits, talent, location, permits, specialist equipment and authority charges are client-paid unless stated otherwise.
- VAT and currency
- All prices exclude 5% VAT where applicable. AED is the billed currency. A price shown in any other currency is an indicative conversion for orientation, and bank conversion and card fees are yours.
