What do I actually get for the price?
Every package includes one year of hosting, one year of your domain (.com, or .ae depending on cost) and SSL, plus a custom design that works properly on a phone, basic SEO and the launch itself. From year two, hosting and domain renewal are billed to you. Launch is a one-page site, Business is up to five pages, Growth is up to ten with a blog and lead capture, and Online Store is a full shop. The package tables say exactly what sits in which one.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. WordPress is the build that makes it easiest: you edit pages in the dashboard you may already know, and Business and above include CMS training. On Next.js, Business includes a CMS where the site needs one and Growth and above use a headless CMS, set up around the words and images that actually change.
Will it actually be fast?
Yes, speed optimization is in every package. On WordPress that means lean plugins and good hosting; on Next.js it means I control how images, caching and delivery are handled, and the site is served from Cloudflare. I moved a dealership's entire car inventory onto that setup - it's written up as a case study, with what broke as well as what worked.
Can you move my existing site over?
Yes. Send me the old site and I'll tell you what moving it involves before we start. What I won't do quietly is carry across the structure that was half the reason it didn't rank - if that's the case I'll say so up front, not after.
What happens after it launches?
Hosting and your domain are included for the first year, and from year two they're billed to you at renewal. On top of that there's an optional monthly care plan: hosting, uptime monitoring, dependency and security updates, a backup check, and an hour of small text and image changes. The hour doesn't roll over, and everything past it - new pages, new features, design work - is quoted rather than absorbed, which is what stops a care plan turning into an argument.
Do you write the copy and shoot the photos?
I can, and copywriting is priced per page beside the build rather than folded into it - photography and video are separate lines too. That's deliberate: it stops a website quote silently becoming a content project halfway through. The upside of asking one person for both is that the site gets designed around the pictures and the words that will actually exist.
How long does it take?
Each package states its own timeline for both builds, and the clock starts when the copy and the access arrive rather than when the deposit does. That isn't a technicality - what delays a website is almost never the build, it's waiting three weeks for someone to find the logo files.
Should I choose WordPress or Next.js?
Choose WordPress if you want a professional website your team can easily manage, and Next.js if you want a custom website built around your business that can scale, with more control over performance. Both are professional builds at every package with the same scope; WordPress is easier to manage yourself and Next.js gives me more control over performance and custom features.
