Built the kiosk end to end inside the existing Next.js app - the four-step flow, the fair-rotation routing logic, the WhatsApp ping to the assigned salesperson and the device-provisioning lock.
Every walk-in is now a logged lead with the right salesperson already walking over - instead of a stranger nobody wrote down.

Designed and built the assistant end to end - the model prompting, the code-enforced safety rules, the human-handoff flow and the three-pane CRM inbox - then supervised it before it was allowed near a real customer.
55 conversations and 534 messages in four weeks, each one labelled by type and on the record instead of living in somebody's phone.

A London stylist can't get booked in Dubai.
Designed and built the concept site and its multi-branch booking wizard solo, including the re-validation logic across branch, treatment, stylist and time.
Nobody gets offered a stylist who isn't in the building, or a time the appointment doesn't fit into. Change an earlier answer and the later ones re-check themselves instead of quietly staying wrong.
