Real estate videographer in Dubai: the film, and the page it plays on.

I'm a real estate videographer in Dubai, shooting property walkthroughs on a gimbal and cutting them for a listing page rather than a feed. A vertical property reel is the Single Hero Reel at AED 1,500, and a horizontal walkthrough is quoted per property. Straight up: I have one horizontal walkthrough, not a tower's worth. What I do have is the film and the page it plays on, from the same person.

What does real estate video production in Dubai cost?

A vertical property reel for Instagram or a listing is the Single Hero Reel, AED 1,500: up to 2 hours, one location, 15-45 sec, vertical, delivered in 5 business days. A month of vertical content out of one shoot is the Production Day, AED 6,500: 8 reels from 8 hours on site, one location, in 10 business days. Those are the video card's own published prices, and I'm applying them to property because a property is a product-led shoot.

A horizontal walkthrough cut for a listing page is a different job. It isn't a row on the card, so it's quoted per property, and the pricing index shows where project work like that sits. Permits, where a location needs one, are on the reels card: AED 500 administration + authority fees at cost on the Single Hero Reel.

One walkthrough, and I'd rather say so up front

The honest state of it: one horizontal real-estate walkthrough, cut for a property page. That isn't a portfolio of towers and I'm not going to dress it up as one.

Who this suits: a developer, agent or owner with one property or one launch that needs a film and a page that converts. It doesn't suit real estate video production in Dubai at volume. If the brief is forty units by Thursday, hire a crew that does volume. If it's one property that needs a film and a page that actually converts, that's a fair fight, and it's the overlap where I'm genuinely the better call.

Interiors are a lighting problem before they're a camera problem

What property video and my car work really share is rooms. Almost everything I shoot is on a showroom floor: a large interior with glass on two sides, a polished floor that mirrors whatever stands on it, and ceiling lighting nobody gets to move.

A villa or an apartment is that same problem at a different scale - windows far brighter than the room they're in, daylight and downlights disagreeing about colour, and nowhere to put a camera that doesn't include a wall. That's the transferable part, and it's a bigger share of the job than any aerial shot.

Shot on a gimbal, cut for a listing

A walkthrough lives or dies on the move. Handheld reads as an inspection video. A gimbal move that starts before the doorway and doesn't stop reads as somewhere a person could live. I shoot on an FX3 on a DJI RS5, with an Osmo Pocket for the tighter passes where a full rig physically won't fit through a door.

The other half of the job is the page

A property film gets watched on the page it's embedded in, and the page is usually the weak part - a heavy hero video, a slideshow, and a load time that loses the visitor before the film starts. I build those.

Maridian is a luxury-property concept I built end to end to make exactly this argument: editorial type, a calm ivory and forest-green palette instead of the usual gold, real motion, and static on Cloudflare's edge so none of that feel costs you the load. The Project One Motors rebuild is the same argument on a live client site, at 0.4 seconds.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

How much does a real estate videographer cost in Dubai?

A vertical property reel is the Single Hero Reel at AED 1,500, and a month of vertical content from one shoot is the Production Day at AED 6,500. A horizontal walkthrough for a listing page isn't a row on my price card, so it's quoted per property. I only state the numbers that are published.

How long does a property video take to deliver?

A Single Hero Reel is delivered in 5 business days, and a Production Day in 10 business days. A horizontal walkthrough has no published timeline because it's quoted per property, so the delivery date is agreed with the quote.

Is there a real estate videographer in the GCC or Middle East, not just Dubai?

I'm based in Dubai and that's where the work I can show was shot. I haven't published property work elsewhere in the GCC, so I won't claim it. If your property is outside Dubai, ask me before assuming, and expect travel to be agreed in the quote rather than quoted on this page.

Who's the best real estate videographer in Dubai?

Not a question with one name, and on this one I'll be blunt: if you need a high-volume property crew turning around dozens of units a month, there are outfits built for that and I'm not one of them. What to look for either way - a walkthrough where the exposure holds between a bright window and a dark room, a move with no wobble in it, and a file that plays fast on the listing page. That last one gets ignored, and it's the one that costs you the views.

How much of a property video is drone footage?

Less than the marketing suggests. An exterior shot establishes the address; the walkthrough sells the space, and that's all interior work. Anything airborne in Dubai is also a separate licensing track - GCAA registration nationally, plus DCAA clearance for commercial flying here - so treat aerials as lead time rather than a same-day extra.

Can you shoot vertical for Instagram and Reels?

Yes - every film in my library is vertical, so that's the format I shoot most of the time, and it's the Single Hero Reel at AED 1,500. The one property walkthrough is horizontal because it was cut for a page rather than a feed. Which orientation you need is really a decision about where it gets watched, and it's much better made before the shoot than by cropping afterwards.

Do you build the listing page as well as shooting the film?

Yes, and it's the actual reason to call me instead of a video-only crew. The same person shoots the walkthrough and builds the page it plays on, so the file is the right weight and the right shape for where it's going. The two doors at the bottom of this page go to the films and to the builds - have a look at both.

Two ways in: read how the work holds up, or watch the films.
