Creative Auto Services · 2026

A garage website that ends in a WhatsApp estimate, not a form.

Build story

The Creative Auto Services homepage: a mechanic working under the bonnet of a red Mercedes, the headline 'The details make the whole car.' and buttons for a quote and WhatsApp.

The problem
An independent car workshop in Al Quoz needed a website that says what it repairs, ranks for those repairs, and gets a customer with a noisy AC or a warning light to a price quickly.
What I built
A fast static website with a page for each of eight services, a contact page that asks four questions and sends the answers to the workshop on WhatsApp, reviews quoted from Google, structured data, a privacy policy and terms, and a photo upload page for the workshop staff with a blur tool for number plates and faces.

Creative Auto Services is an independent workshop in Al Quoz Industrial First, Dubai. The owner has been in the trade since 1998 and opened this workshop in 2020. The site had to bring in repair enquiries, and the workshop had to be able to keep its photos current without me.

One page per repair

People search for the repair, not the garage. So the site has eight service pages - car service, engine repair, AC repair, brake repair, diagnostics, denting and painting, oil change and suspension - each with a local title, the symptoms the workshop handles, the checks involved and how to book the car in. Around 10,000 words, all written for this site.

The contact page is a repair estimate

It asks four questions: what the car is doing, how urgent it is, whether it can still be driven, and a name and mobile number. The answers go to the workshop on WhatsApp, and the workshop replies with a price. The estimator was built to show price ranges, but it shows none until the owner approves them. A number the mechanic never agreed to is worse than no number.

The contact page is a repair estimate, not an address.

Only facts the client confirmed

Four reviews are quoted word for word from Google. Drive times are read from Google Maps. Readable number plates on the photos are pixelated. Facts the owner had not confirmed, like a full street address or price bands, were left out rather than guessed.

Handed over on the client's accounts

The domain and the hosting sit on the workshop's own Cloudflare account. On handover day the sitemap went into Google Search Console, the Google Business Profile was checked against the site, the privacy policy and terms went live with a privacy email address, and the staff got a simple page to add gallery photos, with a blur tool and a check that plates and faces are covered before anything is published.

The photography on the site is not mine. This one is a design, writing and build job.

Two ways on from here: the next case study - A supercar dealership with a website faster than its cars, or the films.
