Vertical short-form, batched from a shoot day.
Vertical short-form: graded, with licensed music and captions, cut to the length the platforms actually watch. The bigger packages batch them from a single shoot day, because the expensive part is turning up, lighting it and moving the car, not the edit.
Yes, and it's the cheapest thing on the card for exactly that reason - no shoot, no travel, no location. Send me what you have first and I'll tell you honestly whether it's an edit or a shoot. Two hours of usable material and thirty seconds of usable material are not the same job, and I'd rather say so before anyone books a day.
Everything I make is a cinematic reel, and that is what this card prices. Anything that needs scripting, talent or more than one production day is not on it, and a number published in advance would be a guess dressed up as a price, so it gets quoted after a call.
I do, from the hero reel up - the hook and the shot list are in the price. It's not an upsell so much as the difference between a folder of beautifully graded clips and a folder of beautifully graded clips nobody watched past the first second.
Yes - an add-on on the smaller packages, and included for one agreed sequence on the bigger ones. It assumes a safe method, no specialist tracking vehicle, no road closure and no drone. If the idea needs any of those, it gets scoped and quoted before anyone books a car, rather than discovered on the day.
One is a day. The other is that day, every month, at a lower rate. A Production Day is booked once - you get the batch it produces, and when it's delivered it's finished. Production Partnership books the same day on a repeating slot nobody else can take, wraps a rolling three-month content plan and priority delivery around it, and holds your current rate through the next price increase - which is what the three-month minimum actually buys, on top of costing less per month than booking the day on its own. Book the day if you want one batch of content; book the partnership if you want a feed that doesn't run out. The showroom retainer is a third shape again - several shorter visits across the month instead of one long day, which is what you want if the stock changes weekly and a monthly batch would be out of date by the third post.
One consolidated round per reel. "One round" means one set of feedback with everyone's opinions already in it, not five separate messages across a week - that's in the terms, and it's the thing that keeps a fixed price fixed.
That's social media management rather than the video package, and it's priced separately - the two run alongside each other. The reels themselves arrive as files, named and in the right aspect ratio, ready for whoever does the posting. Including me, if that's the arrangement.
From the shot list and shoot through to the edit, grade and final delivery.
