The Wraith is the fastback coupé of the range, with a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 and rear-hinged coach doors that open backwards into the cabin. Black Badge is Rolls-Royce's darker line - the Spirit of Ecstasy and the grille go black, the chrome goes, the car gets more power and a firmer setup. Wraith production has since ended, so the number of them that exists is now fixed.
The interior is the reason to film this car rather than photograph it. The starlight headliner - hundreds of fibre-optic points set into the roof lining - is a pattern in a still and an event in a moving image. It only really works when you watch it arrive, which is a thing only video can do.
Outside, the Wraith is essentially one enormous unbroken flank from the front wheel to the tail. A panel that size mirrors the room in a single piece, and a Rolls in a bad reflection stops looking expensive immediately. What stands opposite the car matters more than the angle you shoot it from, and on a car this long there is no framing that hides a bad answer.
