How much does email marketing cost in Dubai?

Email marketing in Dubai costs whatever the scope makes it cost, because the price is set by how many people you email, how often, how much design and writing each send needs, and whether anyone builds automated flows. Anyone who quotes one flat number without asking those questions is guessing, and I will not give you a range I cannot back up.

What are you actually paying for?

Four separate costs get bundled into the word "email marketing". Ask any quote to separate them.

• The sending platform. A monthly software fee that usually rises with your list size. This is a third-party cost, paid to the platform, and it is not the agency's fee.
• Setup. Connecting your domain, building the templates, importing and cleaning the list, and setting the sign-up forms.
• Production. Writing and designing each send, or each automated flow.
• Ongoing management. Scheduling, list hygiene, testing and reporting.

What makes the price go up?

• List size, which drives the platform fee and the cost of keeping the list clean.
• Send frequency. A weekly newsletter needs four times the writing of a monthly one.
• Design. A plain text email is cheap. A branded template with product images and a custom layout is not.
• Automation. A welcome sequence, an abandoned-basket flow or a follow-up after an enquiry each has to be planned, written, built and tested once, then monitored.
• Segmentation and personalisation, which need data you have to have collected.
• Languages. An Arabic and English send is two versions to write and check, not one.
• Photography and video, which are separate work and are priced under their own packages.

Why does deliverability affect the cost?

Because email that lands in spam is money wasted, and the technical setup is not optional any more. Google's requirements for bulk senders, anyone sending more than 5,000 messages a day to Gmail addresses, include authenticating your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, supporting one-click unsubscribe with a visible unsubscribe link, and keeping the spam rate reported in Postmaster Tools below 0.30%. Smaller senders are not officially in that bucket, but the same setup is what keeps their mail out of spam folders.

A quote that does not mention authentication, unsubscribe handling or list quality has left a real cost out.

How can I compare two quotes fairly?

• Is the platform fee inside the price, or paid separately by you?
• How many sends or flows are included per month, and how many revision rounds?
• Who writes the copy, and in which languages?
• Is the domain setup and authentication included?
• What is reported, and how often? Opens alone tell you little. Enquiries and sales matter more.
• What is the minimum term, and what happens to the templates and the list if you leave?

Ask for the scope in writing with the same inputs given to every quote: list size, sends per month, languages and number of flows. Then compare like with like.

What can I give you a price for?

From my published pricing, the nearest growth packages are on social: Publishing Support at AED 1,100 a month, which schedules content you already have on one to two channels, and Social Management at AED 2,200 a month. Whichever way you run email, track it. Use tagged links on every campaign so your analytics show which email brought the enquiry, and set up conversion tracking so the report is about results, not opens.

Is email marketing worth it for a small Dubai business? It can be, if you have a list of people who asked to hear from you and something to send that they want. Without a list, start there before paying for sends.

Can I buy an email list in the UAE? I would not. Permission-based lists are the safe route, and mail to people who did not ask for it hurts deliverability for everything else you send.

Do I need Arabic and English versions? It depends on your customers. Check who is actually on your list before you pay to write two of everything.
