Questions
Campaigns written, built and sent to a list you already own.
No - the list is yours, and you warrant that it's permission-based and that you collected it. That isn't a formality: the UAE's PDPL regime carries fines up to eight figures, and a bought list is the fastest way to burn a sending domain nobody can unburn for you. I build the unsubscribe link and the sender information properly, but I don't take on liability for a list I didn't collect.
No. Mailbox providers decide that, and so does the list you're sending to. What I can do is the things that actually move it: clean authentication, a sender identity that matches, sensible segmentation, and not sending four campaigns to people who never open one. Delivery is on the list of things I won't promise.
A stated number per month on each retainer tier, printed on the pricing page, plus a one-off option if you only have a single thing to send. Segmentation, A/B testing and an approved offer calendar are what separate the tiers, not the volume alone.
Platform fees, list cleaning, automation and journey builds, landing pages and SMS - all excluded unless they're written into the scope. They're each a real piece of work, and folding them silently into a campaign fee is how a retainer turns into a grudge.
Yours, whichever it is - the account stays in your name and I work inside it. If you don't have one yet I'll recommend something that fits the list size rather than the one that pays the best affiliate commission, and the subscription is billed to you directly.
Every number above is what you would actually pay. Here is what it bought the people who paid it.
